Lien Schedule
Everyone in attendance must sign-in
The sale starts promptly at the stated or advertised time.
We require a minimum of three (3) bidders to sign-in in order to hold a lien sale.
Each unit is sold as a whole; bidders may not bid on specific items.
Each storage unit is shown to all bidders at the same time. Bidders may look into units, but cannot enter units. Bidders may not handle, disturb or touch items in the unit.
Flashlights are allowed; cameras are not.
All items sold in the lien sale are sold "as-is;" there are no warranties or guarantees.
Monona Self Storage may set a minimum starting bid or cancel the sale of one or more units.
The minimum bid increment is $5.00.
The winning bidder must sign the bid sheet.
Winning bidders are required to make a $100 cash deposit, which will be refunded after the unit is completely cleared.
Winning bidder must make payment in the office immediately after the completion of the lien sale. Payment options are: cash or credit card. Exact change is required.
Bidders must bring their own lock and remove all items from the unit within 24 hours.
Any Provincial Sales Tax, Sales and Use Tax, Goods and Services Tax or other related taxes are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.
If you find any important papers, pictures, etc. you may return them to Monona Self Storage and we will hold them for the defaulted renter for up to 30 days.
We do not give your contact information to the defaulted renter after you have purchased the contents of a storage unit.
Purchaser may not resell items on Monona Self Storage property.
We have tentatively scheduled a lien sale for 2:00 pm on the last Wednesday of each month. Please email the office or check out our ad in WSJ for details.
Lien sale times and dates are subject to change. All lien sales are subject to cancellation and/or adjournment. If you would like to be added to our lien sale emailing list, please email the property manager.
